The customer who wishes to buy in our electronic store will have to accept these “General purchase conditions”. When formalizing an order it will be understood that it is done accepting all the general conditions contained in this page. Along with the order, the customer will receive a receipt or invoice issued by GENUINE PARTS EUROPE, S.L.
The invoice will always be sent to the address that appears on the invoice even if the invoice indicates a different shipping address. The receipt or invoice issued by the Fundació is valid as a manufacturer's guarantee. The internal management of the order is done within a period of approximately 24 to 48 hours. The stipulated delivery times will take effect from the moment our carrier receives the merchandise to make the shipment effective, according to the service corresponding to the shipping method used. The products will be sent to the delivery address that the client indicates to us.

Also, you can cancel an order that has already been placed as long as it has not reached the shipping phase. This cancellation can be done through the contact form or by calling 93 554 58 17.
The delivery time of each product is visible on the page, more specifically in its description. The calculation of the delivery time is based on business days and hours. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday unless indicated express mention against. All orders placed on a business day before 12:00 in the morning will be shipped on the same day, orders placed after that time will be shipped the next day. Also, all orders placed outside working hours will be processed on the following working day.
The products purchased by the user will be sent by transport with a specified delivery time for each product in the product description on the website. Any order will be immediately processed and prepared, so any extension of the order will be considered as a new order. Deliveries will be made at the address indicated by the customer within a period specified on the page, except in the event of eventual stock breaks, possible incidents with transport, etc. Possible stock breaks will be sent later with shipping costs at our expense.

In the price of the transport of bulky products, only the transport of the material to the street level of the address that you indicate is included, all this so as not to unnecessarily surcharge the price of these items.
We also inform you that assembly is not included in the price of the item. Most items are delivered already assembled, and those that are disassembled are easy to assemble.
If the customer is not satisfied with the products purchased in our store, they can be returned within a period not exceeding 14 days, counted from the receipt of the product. The rules regarding returns (regulated by the Law of 15/1/96 number 7/1996) are the following:
Returns that do not arrive in their original packaging and with the product in perfect condition will not be accepted.
Damage in transport: if upon receiving the merchandise the client discovers that it has damage caused by transport, he must immediately notify the carrier and contact GENUINE PARTS EUROPE, S.L. through bastide@bastidemedicalsalud.com. When the return is from the client to the Fundació, the client is responsible for any damage that may occur during transport.
The customer will be provided with the addresses of the Technical Assistance Services closest to their home. Both the shipment and the expenses that could be generated by the repair or assistance of the products under guarantee will be regulated by the particular guarantee conditions of each manufacturer.
