1.1. The characteristics of the products offered on this site appear on the screen together with the visual identification of these.
2. INFORMATION AND PRICES
2.1. Read the descriptions of the products carefully before buying them. The images shown may differ slightly from the final product. If in doubt, contact us before making the purchase.
2.2. The characteristics and the price of the products that appear on the screen will be those corresponding to them, except in case of error or omission. The items will be available for sale until the end of their stocks. The prices indicated on the screen are in euros, include VAT, are current and are valid at the time of acceptance of the order by us, except in case of graphic error or omission.
2.3. The offers are duly marked and identified. Its term of validity is effective while they appear on the web.
2.4. The sale prices indicated in our Online Store are shown with the Spanish VAT included.
2.5. Shipping service costs are not indicated in the price of the products. The shipping service costs are borne by the Customer and will be added to the total amount of the selected products. You will be informed of these expenses before confirming the order and finishing the contracting process.

3. MAKE A PURCHASE

3.4. When placing an order it will be understood that it is done accepting all the general conditions contained in this page.
3.5. Although we will make every effort to supply the products contained in your order, there may be times when it is impossible for us to supply such products due, for example, to such products are not in stock. In these cases we will contact the Client to inform him and maybe we will suggest alternative products that he may wish to buy. 4. FORMS OF PAYMENT
4.1 The payment of the price of the products will be made through one of the three methods of payment indicated below:
- Payment by credit or debit card:
If you choose to pay by credit card, the Customer's order can not be taken into account and will not be processed until the payment has been authorized by your bank or cashier. The online payment by credit card is made through the security system "Secure Socket Layer", which encrypts your bank details when they are transmitted over the internet. For security reasons, GENUINE PARTS EUROPE, SL verifies all orders paid by bank card. We accept American Express, Maestro and any Visa and Mastercard cards registered in the Redsys secure payment system.
- Payment by bank transfer:
The customer must make a bank transfer for the total of the transaction to the account indicated by the seller. A maximum period of seven working days from the date of order confirmation to receive the amount is established. If after this period the transfer has not been made effective, the order will be canceled. The customer must indicate in the transfer the order number, automatically assigned by the system at the end of the purchase process and that you can check in the copy of the order that reaches your email account.
4.2. If our security department suspects any anomaly or fraud, GENUINE PARTS EUROPE, SL reserves the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.
5. RIGHT TO DECLINE PRODUCTS
5.1 In accordance with the provisions of Art. 71 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the buyer may make the return within fourteen calendar days following receipt of the goods in the same conditions in which it was delivered.
The seller, for his part, will return the sums paid by the buyer without withholding expenses, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision of withdrawal by the buyer was informed.
Revocation of orders and returns of merchandise will not be accepted outside the indicated periods

6. DELIVERY AND AVAILABILITY PERIOD
6.1. We will send the Customer their products to the delivery address that the Customer has selected at the time of making their purchase.
6.2. When you place the order, you indicate the amount that the shipping costs amount to before the purchase is made. In case of return of the goods (Art.44 of the Law of Retail Trade), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
6.3. The delivery time of each product is visible on the page, more specifically in the description of it. The calculation of the delivery period is based on days and hours of work. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday unless otherwise indicated. All orders placed on a business day before 12:00 in the morning will be processed on the same day, orders placed after that time will be sent the next day. Also all orders made after working hours will be processed in the next working day. For orders of more than one product, the delivery date will correspond to the product that indicates the longest term. In cases in which the volume of orders entails the reduction of the available stock or the end of the stock, the customer will be informed of a new delivery deadline that will always be the shortest possible. In case the product is discontinued or it is not possible to replenish the inventory, the customer will be notified to select a new product with similar characteristics and price or cancel the order, in which case the amounts will be returned delivered. If one of the ordered items is not in stock, we promise to send the Customer an email as soon as possible (from the date you placed the order) to communicate the deadline in which we can send your product (s) ( s). In case you were not interested in waiting, you may request the refund of the amounts you have paid for said item.
7.1. Shipments of merchandise are made daily from Monday to Friday and always having specified the address with the customer. The transport of the products will be the one consigned in the order and includes only the transport of the goods to any point of the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands (it does not include the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and its delivery at the client's address. In case of damage due to transport, the customer must make it appear on the carrier's delivery note.Claims for damage caused by transport will not be accepted after 24 hours from receipt and delivery of the goods. 7.2. In the price of the transport of bulky products, only the transportation of the material to the street level of the address that you indicate is included, all this in order not to unnecessarily burden the price of these items. We also inform you that the assembly, in case the product requires it, is not included in the price of the item.
8. OBLIGATIONS GENUINE PARTS EUROPE, SLY OF THE CUSTOMER
8.1. GENUINE PARTS EUROPE, SL undertakes to make available to the Client all the necessary information regarding the products it offers as well as the orders. GENUINE PARTS EUROPE, SL is not responsible for the non-execution of these conditions in case of force majeure and in case of lack of the Client or an unpredictable event by a person outside the contract.
8.2. The Customer agrees to fill out the order forms and their fields according to the instructions indicated. The Client also agrees to pay the price of the product, with the corresponding taxes and shipping costs.
8.3. GENUINE PARTS EUROPE, SL is not responsible for the consequences that may result from improper use of the products sold in its Online Store.
8.4. GENUINE PARTS EUROPE, SL will provide the customer with the addresses of the Technical Assistance Services closest to their home. Both the shipment and the expenses that could generate the repair or assistance of the products under warranty will be regulated by the particular guarantee conditions of each manufacturer.
